South Phoenix, working Valley-wide

J&J Pros is a father and son stucco and drywall crew from South Phoenix. Since 2013 we have installed and finished both trades on custom homes across the Valley, one crew from the lath to the last coat.

Giancarlo Perez runs it with his father, Jose. Giancarlo grew up in South Phoenix; Jose has lived there since he was fourteen.

We put the work back into the neighborhood, and we would rather show you the wall than talk about it.

  • Two trades, one crew / Stucco and drywall on the same schedule

Want to see what’s included?

A J&J scope is priced as one job, both trades, from the site walk to the last coat. Here is what comes with it.

  • Site walk before the number
  • Lath, scratch, brown and finish by one crew
  • Drywall hung, taped and finished to level five
  • Bid walked with you by phone and revised
  • Scope walk on site before we start
On the job

Six steps from scope to start.

Every bid gets walked before anyone commits. Here is the order it happens in.

  1. Completed home exterior with an arched white stucco entryway and wood garage door
    Step 1

    Scope intake

You tell us the scope, the timeline, the finishes you want and the do’s and don’ts.

  2. Two people outside a completed white stucco residence
    Step 2

    Site walk or call

We see the project and get a read on the job before we price it.

  3. Finished courtyard with a white stucco fireplace and black-framed glass doors
    Step 3

    The bid, walked

We build the bid, then walk you through it by phone and revise anything you’d change.

  4. Finished white stucco corner and trim on an exterior column
    Step 4

    Detail call

A second call settles the small details.

  5. Bucket of white stucco material and a hand tool beside the crew's work area
    Step 5

    Confirmation

A third call confirms the job and the dates.

  6. Two J&J Pros crew members applying white stucco to an exterior column
    Step 6

    Scope walk and start

We walk the scope on site with you, then start.

Wondering about something?

Short answers to what people ask before they send a scope.

A small patch takes as long to do right as a large one. Pricing it as a real project keeps our crew on it and gets it done once.

Yes. One crew installs and finishes both, so you schedule one sub and walk one bid.

Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, North Phoenix and Arcadia most weeks, from our base in South Phoenix. We'll go anywhere in the Valley for the right project.

We take the scope, walk the site or talk it through, build the bid, then walk you through it by phone and revise it. Two short calls settle details and confirm, then we walk the scope on site and start.

Not yet. We're adding painting so one crew can carry a wall from lath to the final coat. For now, plaster and drywall.

Call (602) 300-7504 or email giancarlo@jandjpros.com. Or send the scope through the bid form.
